We offer a 30 day no quibble return policy. You can return your order within this time for a refund of the product value (excluding delivery fees)

If you have purchased any items you no longer require, you are more than welcome to return them for a full refund. This does not include printed items or underwear. Goods must be in the same condition and in the original packaging as they were received in.

We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items unless they are faulty.

All returns must be authorised, please contact enquiries@adventureundersail.com to request a returns authorisation code. Please note that we do not pay for the return postage and it is your responsibility to ensure the items reach us so we, therefore, recommend using a signed for service.

We are committed to customer service and in the rare occasion you have received the wrong items or faulty items please contact us and we will supply a prepaid postage label to return the item and send the correct items out to you.

1. These terms & conditions relate to all orders placed Square Sail Shop.
2. All online orders are fulfilled by Vale Sports and Clothing Limited where 20% off the proceeds from all purchases go to the Adventure Under Sail.
3. Vale Sports and Clothing Limited agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer within the written specifications supplied by the customer to Vale Sports and Clothing Limited.
4. The prices that apply to any order are those offered on our website at the time of ordering.
5. Where you request a quotation for a product not listed on our site the quotation price shall apply provided the quotation is in date.
6. All prices are subject to carriage and other charges as set out on the order form.
7. Full payment is due at the time of order.
8. Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of Vale Sports and Clothing Limited.
9. In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or another aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to Vale Sports and Clothing Limited in writing. Vale Sports and Clothing Limited will use its best endeavours to make the changes per this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request. Vale Sports and Clothing Limited also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until the artwork is signed by the customer.
10. These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered between Vale Sports and Clothing Limited and the customer including repeat or fresh orders from the customer.
11. Vale Sports and Clothing Limited points out that these terms & conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.
